Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your Courtside piece. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Your right to cancel
If you are shopping as a consumer in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason. This applies to our frames, as they are a standard design produced to order in small batches, not made to your individual specifications.
To cancel, contact us at contact@thecourtside.eu within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
Condition of returned items
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with all protective materials (matting, front protection, box) intact, so they arrive back to us in resaleable condition. We recommend keeping the original box for this reason.
Return shipping costs
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@thecourtside.eu and send your item to: {physical address}.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. We may deduct a reasonable amount if the item shows signs of use or damage not caused by us or the carrier.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at [returns@thecourtside.eu] within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. In these cases, we will offer a full refund or free replacement, and you will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
Exceptions
Gift cards, and any future items that are made to your personal specifications (for example, engraved or personalized on request), are not eligible for the 14-day right of withdrawal, in line with EU consumer law. This does not currently apply to any product in our catalog.
